Remake vs. Refund

We prioritize remakes for manufacturing defects to ensure you receive the intended product. Refunds are provided when remakes are not feasible.

Step-by-Step Instructions

2.Await approval from our team within 2 business days.If requested, return magnets using the provided shipping label.

3.Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

Important Note: All orders must be paid in full before design or production begins. Timelines start only after payment receipt.
